The customer service was great, especially the lady in the mornings who helped us find local attractions. Our room was surprisingly large too, I ended up taking a pillow and sheet to the windowsill bed, and it was honestly more comfy than the big bed.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but still, I felt it was acceptable for what we got.
